Sorry, I have been MIA for the past few weeks. So much was going on and I wanted to write, I just couldn’t find the time. First huge update, we left Utah! I wasn’t sure how I would feel about leaving because I absolutely fell head over heels in love with Utah. Tennessee is pretty darn alluring in itself, so I have not felt that empty feeling in the pit of my stomach. I am just glad it was Tennessee we were sent to and not Oklahoma! Don’t get me wrong, I liked Oklahoma, but after being in Utah with all the mountains, the last thing I wanted was flat plains.

Other big changes, we are almost done with our homeschool year, 3 subjects down, 2 to go! We do year round, but I know Jules is happy to be able to say she’s done. This year of homeschooling has been our best year yet! I feel like we finally settled into it and I stayed organized and on top of everything! I love being organized. Jules was super focused on school this year and I really think she should feel accomplished! On the other spectrum, I am also really proud of my stepdaughter who just graduated 8th grade back home in New Mexico! I can’t believe I have a high schooler now! Oh geez.

Life keeps throwing some curve balls but I have been able to hit them, thanks to The Lord! We made it to Tennessee and we are all ready for our new adventures in this wonderfully beautiful place!
